The current research shows that majority of oral manifestation of diseases young or old come from not being able to sufficiently breathe through one’s nose and having obstruction in the airway especially during sleep. Thus, we collaborate closely with ENT, allergenist, and sleep physicians to better serve our patients to help them breathe better, sleep better and ultimately live better to their fullest potential.

Dr. Christina Minah Pak
Live the present moment to the fullest!
This is Dr. Christina Pak’s motto in life as she believes that only influence you can make is not in the past nor in the future, but only in the present moment.
With this guide, she has lived each day as if that is the last day on earth doing her best in everything she does from her pursuit of excellence in education, her passionate motherhood to four children while serving as a community leader and Sunday school teacher in her parish, and the establishment of Well Being Dentistry to be a center for whole-body approach, holistic, oral medicine.
Since 2005, She has built a team of dedicated healthcare professionals who share Dr. Pak’s philosophy to offer patient centered care approach. She wholly believes in the power of Well Being Dentistry to positively impact her patients’ lives and her community through continual training, eco-friendly practices, and above all, compassionate, whole-body dental wellness that treats the root causes not just masking the symptoms of problems.
As much as she loves her career as a dentist, Dr.Pak also likes to go on a mission trip to counties like Nicaragua to engage with other cultures and learn from them. Together with her husband, Mike, she cherishes the parenthood of raising four beautiful children, Nathan, James, Helen, and Paul. With immense support from her parents who are first generation immigrants from South Korea, Dr.Pak gives full credits to them for helping her “to have it all”.
As a travel enthusiast and adventurist, she likes to explore the whole world appreciating different cultures, and she enjoys hiking with her family as she ponders upon life to make it to the fullest.
