We treat our patients for their optimal wellness that stems from oral health by addressing the root causes of manifestation of diseases in the mouth rather than chasing after the symptoms and only offering damage controls which sadly have been the case with tunnel vision of traditional dentistry approach has been offering by simply removing diseased tooth structure and consequently shortens the life span of teeth instead of regeneration and restoration approach. The current research shows that majority of oral manifestation of diseases young or old come from not being able to sufficiently breathe through one’s nose and having obstruction in the airway especially during sleep. Thus, we collaborate closely with ENT, allergenist, and sleep physicians to better serve our patients to help them breathe better, sleep better and ultimately live better to their fullest potential.

Live the present moment to the fullest!
This is Dr. Christina Pak’s motto in life as she believes that only influence you can make is not in the past nor in the future, but only in the present moment.
With this guide, she has lived each day as if that is the last day on earth doing her best in everything she does from her pursuit of excellence in education, her passionate motherhood to four children while serving as a community leader and Sunday school teacher in her parish, and the establishment of Well Being Dentistry to be a center for whole-body approach, holistic, oral medicine.

She wholly believes in the power of Well Being Dentistry to positively impact her patients’ lives and her community through continual training, eco-friendly practices, and above all, compassionate, whole-body dental wellness that treats the root causes not just masking the symptoms of problems.
